This booklet contains some activities to support group of friends, family, associates, club members, or teammates, to talk about what’s important at the end of life. It will cover the importance of planning, explore the role of the ‘Dying to Talk’ resources and support people to think about how they might start a conversation with someone they love. The activities in this booklet have been designed for you to use as you choose. They are suggestions only and can be altered depending on what you think will work best for you and your group.
