These cards have been designed for use by health workers to facilitate end of life discussions with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people. Each set contains 36 cards with pre-filled conversation prompters, four blank cards for customisation and two instruction cards. They are printed on thick card for durability. These card sets are designed for you and your team to use with multiple clients.
