2026 Federal Budget Submission
Palliative Care Australia’s 2026 Federal Budget proposes practical actions to:
- Maximise access to palliative care in coming decades.
- Strengthen palliative care in aged care.
- Ensure people aged under 65 who have terminal diagnoses can receive quality palliative care at home.
All our proposals will contribute to relieving “bed block” in our public hospitals, and shift care into the community – where people want to be.
