Reshaping Palliative Care for the Future - Strategy Launch

Coinciding with PC Week 2022, we are launching our new 5-year Palliative Care Strategy in Sydney. Palliative Care Australia and Palliative Care NSW have been invited to join this event at Pallister House, Greenwich Hospital where HammondCare CEO Mike Baird will launch our Strategy.

The need for palliative care will grow quickly in coming years and especially for the increasing number of people facing the last season of life with dementia – HammondCare are determined to be part of the answer for this significant need.
