It is important to listen to how different communities view death and dying and how they want to plan for their future.
Theme 4: Clinical Care Leading to Quality of Life
The primary goal is to optimise the quality of life, with a care plan co-designed between the person, their family, specialist palliative care service and the broader palliative care sector.
