Competition Terms & Conditions
1. Eligibility: This competition is open to individuals aged 18 years and over.
Employees of Palliative Care Australia Limited and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter. Only one entry per person is allowed.
2. Entry Process: To enter, participants must complete the online entry form via the provided QR code.
All entries must be submitted by the end of the lunch break on Friday, 12 September, at 1:30 PM. Late or incomplete entries will not be accepted.
3. Prize Details: The prize is Adelaide Koala Pack, delicious Haigh's chocolates and a roof climb of Adelaide Oval with https://roofclimb.com.au/.
The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternatives.
4. Winner Selection & Announcement: The winner will be selected at random using an independent random name generator.
The winner will be announced during the closing ceremony on Friday 12th September, from 4.45pm PM (Malaysian Time).
The winner must be present at the event to claim the prize. If the winner is not present, a new winner will be drawn.
5. Data Collection & Privacy: By entering this competition, participants agree to provide their contact details for the purpose of winner notification and future communications from Palliative Care Australia Limited.

6. General Conditions: Palliative Care Australia reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these terms.
Palliative Care Australia Limited reserves the right to cancel or modify the competition if unforeseen circumstances arise.
