Griffin Legal provided PCA with legal advice relating to copyright restrictions for the complete review of ‘A Practical Guide to Palliative Care in Paediatrics’.

Commonly known as ‘The Green Book’, this key resource is the trusted and most used guidance document for paediatric palliative care and had not been updated since 2014.

Updating The Green Book is an essential activity of the Paediatric Palliative Care National Action Plan project. This work represents a unique opportunity to build the capacity of the Australian health care system and better respond to the specialist needs of children with life-limiting conditions.
