Come and celebrate National Palliative Care Week 2018 by joining the members of the Atherton Hospital Palliative Care Working Party at  the Death Café on Tuesday 22nd May 2018 from 2-4pm.

A Death Café is an open, respectful and confidential space where people can express their views about death safely, and with no intention of leading participants to any conclusion, product or course of action. A Death Café is not a bereavement support or counselling session and will not provide specific information about death or dying.

Places are strictly limited to 25 participants. Participants will purchase their own refreshments to accompany the conversation. To secure your place at this exciting event, email your interest to ann.aitken@health.qld.gov.au by Tuesday 8th May 2018. Further details about the event will be emailed to you once your registration is confirmed. Any questions, please contact Ann Aitken on 40910224 or Pauline Lawrence on 40910450.
