This submission by PCA responds to the Aged Care Legislated Review. The submission comments on criteria in the legislation, including: whether unmet demand for residential and home care places has been reduced, the effectiveness of arrangements for protecting equity to aged care services for different population groups, and the effectiveness of workforce strategies.
