Hospice New Zealand Palliative Care Conference
Ever wanted to visit New Zealand? This is your opportunity to spend some time in Aotearoa, the land of the long white cloud and hear from some of the worlds leading lights in Palliative Care.
Hospice NZ is once again bringing together a spectacular line up of speakers from across the globe at Conference 2020 from 15-17 September.
Due to our ongoing partnership with Hospice NZ, all members of Palliative Care Australia are able to access member discounted rates of at least 15% discount of the standard registration.
Whiria ngā tāngata, Weave the people together is the premier conference of 2020 for any health professional involved in palliative care in Australiasia and the Pacific.
Whiria ngā tāngata honours the concept that we must all weave together in partnership to ensure the best outcome for people who are dying. There is a role for a range of health care services and professions in and around a person’s end of life journey, supporting the person and their family, whanau and the wider community both before and after death.
During Conference 2020, you’ll be encouraged to think about how we can weave people and services together to ensure equity of access whilst also considering how our services reflect and support the diversity of the people requiring end of life care.
